People Solutions are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Livingston and to work alongside our Business Development Manager.

Day to Day Duties

  • As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process and filling all client's requirements and achieving KPIs
  • You will be working on a Driving and Industrial Sector desk and must be able to multitask and be KPI driven
  • You will also be required to go out and meet your clients and work on the growth of that client

Essential Skills

  • Previous Recruitment background
  • Must hold driving Licence and have own car

Training

  • You will receive onboarding and compliance training which will be held at our Head Office and all travel will be expensed
  • All other training with be lead in Branch by the Branch Manager
