Accounts Assistant  - Full-time - Livingston
Job Overview
Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts assistant with significant experience of Accounts Payable to join their dynamic finance team in a leading UK manufacturing organisation. Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and prepare weekly BACS payment runs
- Manage complex travel expense claims and timesheet processing
- Maintain accurate purchase ledger and supplier reconciliations
- Handle petty cash and intricate journal entries
- Manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in SAP
- Conduct comprehensive month-end financial reconciliations
Essential Criteria
Qualifications:
- Relevant Accounting qualification preferred
- Proven experience in financial administration and Accounts Payable in particular
- Strong background in manufacturing finance sector
Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel and SAP proficiency
- Exceptional numerical accuracy
- Advanced analytical capabilities
- Robust understanding of UK financial reporting standards
