Avenue are currently seeking an Admin Assistant on a full time basis within a busy water construction company in the East of Scotland.
The Role
Working in the Planning Department, the main duties shall be:-
- Calling clients to book appointments for engineering visits
- Updating Spreadsheets
- Follow up calls
- General admin duties
The Candidate
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Computer literate (Word & Excel)
- Previous experience within a similar role
