Drawing inspiration from house managers and tutors, your role will involve assisting young individuals as they engage in various activities within the community. These activities include land-based and craft pursuits, socializing, exercise, and fostering independence. Our approach aims to empower the people we serve, allowing them to lead fulfilling lives.

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of the challenges facing young people with learning difficulties, disabilities and autism.
  • Experience working with young people with learning difficulties and disabilities, including emotional and behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviour.
  • Full clean driving licence (desirable).
  • Awareness of Health & Safety and Safeguarding.
  • Relevant qualifications in supporting young people in education and/or care (desirable).
