Job Role: Community Nurse
Location: Llandrindod Wells, Wales

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and experienced Community Nurse to join our team immediately. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the community and have the skills listed below, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of oral medications, insulin, SC & IM injections
  • Palliative care, including syringe driver management and symptom control
  • Catheterisation (male, suprapubic, and female)
  • IV administration
  • Leg ulcer management and wound care
  • Doppler training (desirable but not essential)
  • CHC nursing needs assessment (desirable but not essential)

What We Are Looking For:

  • NMC registered nurse (RGN)
  • Previous experience in a community setting
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage caseloads efficiently
  • Strong assessment and decision-making skills
  • Driving license and access to own vehicle is essential
