About the Role:
Join us in supporting children with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex health needs, including those with life-limiting conditions. This is a unique opportunity to provide essential OT assessments for a family in need.

Please note: This role is independent and not affiliated with Conwy County Borough Council.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with children with disabilities, Autism, and complex health needs, especially those with life-limiting conditions.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC).
  • Experience in conducting assessments for adaptations within a Local Authority.
  • Knowledge of policies and guidance related to Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG).
  • Welsh language skills preferred but not essential.
