Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the Executive Head Chef, ensuring a balance of creativity, seasonal offerings, and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and optimise costs.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation within all food and beverage areas.
- Train, motivate, and develop staff to provide outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.
- Maintain and track financial budgets, including monitoring costs, profits, and identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue generation.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotions and special events that drive traffic and revenue.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing staff.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
