A General Manageris required for this fantastic hotel set in an excellent location in the beautiful coastal town of Llandudno.
With a charming, original exterior overlooking the seafront, the interior is a beautiful contrast, combining classic and contemporary styles to create a unique establishment that oozes class and luxury, offering 40 beautifully designed bedrooms.
There is a modern, a la carte restaurant on-site serving modern British and European cuisine from seasonal a la carte menus and draws guests locally as well as tourists from further afield.
There is a professional and stable team in place, and they are now looking for someone to come onboard and drive the business forward.
They are looking for a General Manager who is looking to work within an independent hotel and take the role on as his own and be fully responsible for the hotel.
It's an ideal opportunity for somebody to come in and make a difference, you will be fully experienced in working with occupancy rates and revenue streams and have the skills, knowledge and business acumen to make a difference to an already successful hotel which is ready for the next level.

As General Manager you will:
- Have experience of working within a similar position within a high-quality hotel which is to a high standard
- Oversee the running of the food and beverage department therefore a strong background within the food and beverage operation is essential
- Ensure staff are working to exceptionally high standards at all times
- Have a professional approach with a friendly personality and be standards driven
- Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the team
