- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware calls/tickets
- Record, update and document requests using the help desk system
- Execute software installation and deployment to computing systems if required
- Assist with Azure and Active Directory management
- Work with the infrastructure team to implement network and hardware initiatives.
- Support O365 plus other technologies including Windows 10 / 11, OSX / iOS, TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, VLANs and Google workspace.
