Locum CAMHS Psychologist - Based in Wales
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum CAMHS Psychologist to join a well-established team based in Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled psychologist to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments and interventions to children and adolescents within the CAMHS setting.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for young people.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions for a range of mental health conditions.
- Support families and carers, offering guidance and interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and contribute to case reviews and meetings.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience working within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, interventions, and therapy techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full right to work in the UK.
