We are looking for caring and committed individuals to become part of our team as support workers for children and young adults with challenging behaviours
Requirements:
- You should have a minimum of 6 months of paid experience working in the children's sector in the UK, preferably in a residential care setting.
- A satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required to ensure suitability for working with children and has to be on the update service
- Need flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- You will need to demonstrate empathy, patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills to succeed in this role
