Residential Support Worker for Children with Challenging Behaviour

We are looking for caring and committed individuals to become part of our team as support workers for children and young adults with challenging behaviours

Requirements:

  • You should have a minimum of 6 months of paid experience working in the children's sector in the UK, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • A satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required to ensure suitability for working with children and has to be on the update service
  • Need flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will need to demonstrate empathy, patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills to succeed in this role
