JOB DESCRIPTION: Office Administrator, Document Administrator, Administrator - Consulting, Fire Safety
As our Office Administrator, you'll be a well organised and efficient professional with a keen eye for detail. You'll be responsible for documentation management within the business as well as clients and 3rd parties. Working closely with our Engineers and clients to make sure that project documents are recorded and correct so communication will be key. You'll also work closely with the CEO to organise their activities, events, appointments and tasks.
As our Office Administrator, you'll be a key and valued member of our team responsible for different aspects within the office.
No two days will be the same, and you'll need to arrange your day to juggle a variety of tasks including:
· Organise, maintain and manage key documentation for our projects.
· Resolve issues with missing or incorrect documentation from our 3rd parties.
· Work closely and inclusively with our engineers.
· Assist the CEO with daily tasks and support their working day.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Office Administrator, Document Administrator, Administrator - Consulting, Fire Safety
To be considered for this Office Administrator role, we do require you to have experience in the following:
· Document Management and core administration skills.
· Exposure to a CRM/internal document management system.
· IT Literate with different programs such as - Microsoft, Word, Exec, jpeg, PDF etc.
· Experience of working to deadlines.
Most importantly, you must be highly organised, self motivated, manage your time well and be able to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally.
