My client is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team and provide support to the owner.Your new roleYour new role within this organisation is to strategically lead and prioritise personal and team tasks effectively. The role will require you to have great diary management for the CEO and Operations director. You will be responsible for managing the personal and professional commitments of the CEO and also be required to provide a high level of administrative support. The role will involve taking inbound calls, responding to emails and interacting with clients. Further to this, you will need to co-ordinate, distribute papers and take minutes for internal meetings and board meetings. What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be experienced as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management. You will require excellent organisational, project management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to multi-task. You will be flexible with the ability to work well under pressure and will be committed to providing excellent customer service. To add to this, you will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (excel in particular) and CRM systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
