Internal Sales Administrator Required!

Our client is a leading manufacturer that specialises in the production of steel-framed buildings for the industrial, agricultural, and commercial sectors.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Internal Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will act as a key link between sales, technical, and administration functions. The main focus is to drive customer inquiries, manage quotation follow-ups, and ensure smooth order processing to manufacturing.

Candidate must live within commutable distance to their office in Llanelli.

Package:

  • Salary of 28,000 - 32,000 (DOE)
  • Company pension scheme
  • 25 days plus bank holidays
  • Working hours Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 5pm), Friday (8.30am - 3pm)

Internal Sales Administrator - Responsibilities:

  • Support sales, technical, and administration functions by handling customer inquiries and ensuring accurate quotations.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads, quotations, and customer orders.
  • Generate sales reports, analyse sales data, and assist with forecasting and budgeting.
  • Track competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and contractors, managing inquiries and complaints.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and project progress.
  • Ensure necessary approvals, permits, and compliance documents are in place.

Internal Sales Administrator - Requirements:

  • Ensure necessary approvals, permits, and compliance documents are in place.
  • Requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within manufacturing or construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A valid UK driving license is required.
