Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse at MPS Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding patient care and support. Collaborating closely with NHS Wales Health Boards and other healthcare facilities across Wales, you will apply your expertise and professionalism to ensure patients' well-being. Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring the physical and emotional needs of paediatric patients.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and maintainaccurate medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
Requirements:
- Valid and active NMC Registration.
- 6 Months proven experience as a RNC with General Ward expertise.
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
