Hoop Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistant to join our team in primary schools across Llanelli. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will help create a positive and inclusive environment for students, ensuring they receive the best possible learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Welsh language learners in the classroom and assist with Welsh language development
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support for students
  • Work closely with teachers to assist in the planning and delivery of lessons
  • Promote a Welsh-speaking culture within the school
  • Help with classroom management and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Welsh (both written and spoken)
  • Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
