Showroom Sales Manager

Our client is a well established and reputable fireplace and stove showroom based in Llangefni. They specialise in providing high-quality fireplaces, stoves, and accessories to their customers, with a strong commitment to customer service and product knowledge.

The Role

They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Showroom Sales Manager to join their growing team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside the current manager, with plans for a smooth transition upon his retirement, following a successful trial period.

The role requires someone who is confident in working both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for interacting with customers daily; over the phone, via email, and face to face in the showroom. Additionally, you will manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of the showroom, ensuring it is well-presented and organised.
  • Handle customer inquiries through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and face to face interactions.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice and assistance to customers on fireplaces, stoves, and other related products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Support the existing team and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience within the fireplace industry is highly desirable, although candidates with a strong sales background and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
  • The ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage but is not a requirement for this role.
  • UK driving licence required
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self motivated, well-organised, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
