In this role, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating M&E systems for various projects across the UK.

The Role:

• Lead the design of mechanical and electrical systems for a variety of projects.

• Create comprehensive M&E plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other key players to ensure smooth system integration.
• Conduct site evaluations and offer technical assistance throughout the construction process.
• Mentor and support junior CAD designers and engineers.
• Hybrid, flexible working

The Person:

• Experienced CAD Technician, proficient in M&E design software such as AutoCAD.
• Must have experience in Revit.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commutable distance to Llanidloes.
