Lunch Time Supervisor

TeacherActive is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lunch Time Supervisor to join a vibrant team at a primary school in Llanelli. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our lunch time cover, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for all children.

• Oversee the daily operation of the lunch time period, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.Maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all participants.
• Manage and supervise a team of assistants, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety regulations.
• Build positive relationships with children, and staff, promoting strong community links.
• Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks as required.

• Previous experience working with children in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, creative, and flexible approach to engaging children in activities.
• A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
