The Role:
- Position: Class Teacher - KS2.
- Salary: MPS/UPS, based on experience.
- Location: Enfield, North London.
- Start Date: September 2025.
As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will lead an engaging and well-structured classroom, helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a KS2 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons.
- Use data-driven assessment to inform teaching and ensure all pupils make progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the senior leadership team.
- Take part in extracurricular activities and whole-school initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in KS2, with a track record of high pupil achievement.
- A teacher with strong classroom management and behaviour strategies.
- A passion for providing an exceptional learning experience for all pupils.
- A proactive and committed attitude towards professional growth.
