As a support worker, you will assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental illness in their daily lives, including providing personal care when needed. A significant part of your role will be helping individuals access the community for leisure activities and appointments. This is a chance to make a real difference, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. You will work 12-hour shifts, either days or nights.

What You Need to Succeed:

No prior experience in social care is required, as we provide comprehensive training and a buddy system for induction. You must be committed to completing all necessary training and further development opportunities. We value friendliness and approachability, essential for effective communication with those you care for and your team. A driving license is required to help transport individuals to community activities.
