We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work at a lovely primary school in Llantwit Major.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to children with a range of learning difficulties and needs within the Specialist Resource Base (SRB) class.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within a primary school setting.
  • Experience supporting children with ALN in a similar LSA role.
  • A valid DBS check and registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
