Ford & Stanley Talentwise are on the lookout for passionate and driven Electrical Technicians to power up the assembly of cutting-edge rolling stock vehicles for CAF UK. Be part of an exciting new era in rail, working on next-generation rail vehicles at a state-of-the-art production facility in Newport, Wales.

Shift Patterns / Hours:

  • Days: Monday to Thursday – 7AM-4PM, Friday – 7AM-1PM
  • Shifts: Monday to Thursday – 6AM-3PM or 2PM-11PM, Friday – 6AM-11AM or 2PM-7PM

Your Role:

As an Electrical Technician, you’ll be at the heart of bringing modern rail vehicles to life. You will:

  • Bring designs to reality by accurately assembling electrical components with precision and skill.
  • Ensure safety by installing safety-critical parts and rigorously testing quality to meet the highest industry standards.
  • Problem-solve by identifying and reporting any faults during production, helping to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Be hands-on in maintaining your equipment and keeping workspaces clean and well-organized.
  • Drive excellence by following all safety and quality procedures, and completing all relevant records—both manually and digitally.
