Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with one Saturday shift every two weeks from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business

Responsibilities of a General Manager for our Client:

Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.
