Our client a leader in their field have an opening for an Administrator to join their expanding operations, in a permanent role in Lochgelly.
You will provide comprehensive administration support to various departments. This position requires the use of a variety of office software and the ability to manage and create data entry tasks effectively.
This will be achieved by: -
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency of data entry tasks, ensuring all information is updated and properly documented
- Make sure digital documents are filed in an organised manner to facilitate easy retrieval
- Assisting project Manager with daily tasks as needed
- Helping upkeep documentation within the quality management system
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Main Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all Information is up-to-date and correctly filed.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance productivity.
- Create and manage daily work packs
- Maintain digital filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of documents.
- Checking through returned documents to ensure these are completed correctly.
- Keeping all spreadsheets and reports up to date.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company privacy policies and regulations.
- Cross reference work packs and completion photos against specifications / site drawings to ensure all works have been satisfactorily completed.
- Any other duties as reasonably required
