This is a good opportunity for an Assistant General Manager or a Duty Manager for this small and independent hotel. It is located in a remote but beautiful area of Scotland and so you will be someone who loves this type of life. The hotel is busy and serves lots of fresh food from the local area. You will support the GM as Assistant General Manager and support in all areas of the hotel. You will be an Assistant General Manager who has a strong F&B background to help support the busy breakfast and dinner services. Therefore sometimes you will do split shifts.

You will be someone who is warm and helpful to the guests and, being a small hotel, you will interact with the guests throughout their stay. If you have experience in a similar role or as a Duty Manager in a remote hotel, this will be beneficial.

There is staff accommodation, charged at a reasonable rate and you will get meals on shift. If you want to be part of a great team and live in a remote but stunning place, then this is for you
