Job Description:
Search are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team for an ongoing project based in Lochgilphead The role involves general site labouring duties to support the construction team. This is a physically demanding role and requires someone who is comfortable working on construction sites.
Requirements:
Previous experience working on construction sites (preferred but not essential).
VALID CSCS Card
Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
Good communication skills.
Must have own PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety boots, gloves).
Key Responsibilities:
Site Maintenance: Ensure the site remains clean and tidy, removing debris and waste materials.
Material Handling: Move equipment, tools, and materials around the site as needed.
Assisting Tradespeople: Support tradesmen and construction workers by providing necessary materials or assistance as directed.
Site Safety: Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on site.
General Labouring: Assist with general labouring tasks as required, such as lifting and shifting heavy materials.
