We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and operations on a large-scale commercial project. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage electrical teams, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and safely.
Oversee electrical installation and maintenance activities, including wiring, panel installation, lighting, and power distribution systems.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work complies with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and the project manager to ensure timely project completion.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly to minimize project delays.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports, including daily logs and progress reports.
Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment are available and maintained.
Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
Lead by example, motivating the team to meet performance targets and uphold quality.

Qualifications:

Gold ECS card
SSSTS / SMSTS
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in commercial or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
