Head of Wholesale – Exciting Food Business – London - £80K + Benefits

My client is an exciting fast growing food business who are looking for dynamic highly driven and talented individuals to join them.

They are seeking a Head of Wholesale to join their team. The successful Head of Wholesale will be responsible for leading their wholesale strategy, developing and executing plans to increase sales, expand distribution, and strengthen partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and food service providers. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future growth of their business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement a winning wholesale strategy to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across wholesale, retail, and food service channels.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key wholesale partners, ensuring strong collaboration and commercial success.
  • Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and account management.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts to maximise profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
