To be successful in this role you will have;

  • An empathy with young people and a willingness to work hard to motivate and encourage them in developing a love learning.
  • A responsibility of raising the standards of student achievement in for students.
  • Support the Headteacher and SLT in making the school's vision happen.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Ofsted requirements and stay updated on regulatory changes.
