My client, a luxury office provider known for exceptional service, is seeking a Centre Manager to lead their Central London location. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail management, a spa, or a beauty management background. The candidate will ensure operational excellence and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Guide and mentor the Assistant Centre Manager and the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional growth.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly. Perform regular Health & Safety audits and implement robust risk management strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage client move-ins/outs, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the centre is consistently maintained to a high standard, addressing maintenance needs and coordinating with service providers.
  • Monitor the centre’s financial health, managing budgets, billing, and debt collection processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in process improvement and compliance.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 5+ years in a client-facing or hospitality role. Serviced office experience is beneficial but not required; transferable skills and determination to learn and excel are highly valued.
