The role
As a Coffee shop manager you will manage this small independent coffee shop, it is part of a hospitality group but the coffee shop is not part of any chain. You will manage the team, ensure the coffee shop counter is ready for opening, ensure the shop runs smoothly, build relationships with regular customers. This role will include all the standard Coffee Shop Managers
Experience
We are looking for a coffee shop manager who can work within a high standard coffee shop, as it is not part of a chain, you will NOT get all the promotions done for you like a chain, so you will need to be able to drive the sales & have the processes in place.
