- Recruit, train, and develop a strong team, fostering a culture of precision and professionalism.
- Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, guest engagement, and service flow.
- Monitor market trends, vendor relationships, and operational efficiencies to keep the concept fresh and competitive.
- Manage budgets, stock levels, and operational procedures, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- At least two years in a similar role, ideally with pre-opening exposure.
- You create environments where hospitality feels natural, intuitive, and elevated.
- You know how to build, inspire, and motivate a high-performance team.
