The Role:

AsGeneral Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the restaurant. You will lead, inspire, and motivate a passionate team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.

  • Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve financial targets.

  • Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety and food hygiene regulations.

  • Develop innovative ways to enhance the restaurants reputation and customer engagement.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and staff empowerment.

What Were Looking For:
  • Proven experience as aGeneral ManagerorRestaurant Managerin a fast-paced restaurant environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

  • Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.

  • A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and culture is a plus.
