We are Pentole & Padelle and we launched our first unit 2 years ago in the heart of Bloomsbury. We aim to become one of the best fresh pasta Italian restaurant in town.
We are a young company hoping to grow this unique concept which is proving to be incredibly successful. We cook all our food on a daily basis with the finest italian ingredient and it is all made in house. The name it was chosen because we serve all our food in pots and pans with the choice of different sizes.
What we are looking for:
We are now looking for an experienced GM to take over the operation of the restaurant bringing experience and innovation to help and improve the current system.
The ideal candidate must have a very good track record as GM in similar operation and be very hands on individual with a great leadership and lead by example attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the increase in revenue and profitability of the restaurant.
- Managing and Controlling Profit & Loss is in line with the company financial targets.
- In charge of Stock Take and Purchasing working also alongside the Head Chef.
- Accountable and responsible for accurate delivery of new inventory, with invoice processing .
- Accountable and responsible for high customer feedback scores on all platforms
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, maintaining a good working relationship with FHO and BHO team members. .
- Dealing with rotas according to business necessity and requirement.
- Adhere to compliance with internal company policies and industry regulations.
- Accountable for cash handling and cashing up procedures.
- Interviews, Training and employment of new staff.
- Train, develop and manage team to company standards in all aspects of their roles, maintaining high levels of customer service and employee engagement.
- Personal Liquor License DPS
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Team management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
- Booking platforms Knowledge preferable
- Understanding Social Media
We offer:
- Full time contract of 48h per week - after 3 months probation period

- Salary range from 30k to 35K BASIC plus Tronc, Performance Bonus, Shares Option OTE 40K to 55K
- Directorship of the Operation Company - after 6 months probation period
- FREE 5% Shares of the Operation Company - after 6 months probation period (EXTRA ON SALARY)
- Net profit to be paid at the end of each financial's years
