We are a dynamic and growing hospitality group with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences across our boutique café, coffee, and fine casual restaurant concepts. As we prepare to expand to three fully operational sites, with additional support for two other locations, we are seeking a visionary Group General Manager to lead our team and drive our success to new heights.
The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, hospitality-obsessed leader with a proven track record in managing boutique hospitality concepts. As the Group General Manager, you will oversee the operations of our three flagship sites, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and profitability. You will also provide strategic support to two additional sites, playing a key role in shaping the future of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of three boutique hospitality sites, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic support and guidance to two additional sites, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Drive financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in antipodean hospitality concepts, and integrate best practices into our operations.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience managing boutique hospitality concepts, including café, coffee, and fine casual restaurant environments.
- Experience with antipodean hospitality concepts is a distinct advantage.
- A hands-on, positive, and proactive leader with a can-do attitude.
- A deep passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L for multiple sites.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
