You’ll be working alongside a supportive team to answer and resolve customer queries and complaints via email, letter and telephone, ensuring any issues are addressed quickly and to the highest professional standards.

As the Guest Services Executive, you will:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, letter, and email.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in line with company processes in a timely manner to ensure the best outcome for customer and business.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Identify potential problems with guest service and proactively work to improve the customer experience.

As the Guest Services Executive, you will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Understanding of the customer journey including standards and guidelines.
  • Drive to manage and exceed targets.
