We are currently looking for candidates to join us in the role of Hotel Coordinator.

Role Objective

As an Hotel Coordinator you will ensure all calls are dealt with efficiently and professionally. Most importantly, you will provide the coordination of services through the hotel for Reception, Housekeeping, Engineering, In-Room dining, and the Spa runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer all telephone calls politely and professionally, using guest names naturally at every opportunity, whilst in line with The Beaumont telephone greeting standards.
  • Focus on our key guests in the view to build an extensive profile. Understanding their needs and preferences will be your mission to ensure seamless, unique service.
  • Assist the Front Office team in their administrative duties in regards to guest profiling, billing queries and guests requests.
  • Ensure all PCI and GDPR data protection laws are adhered to at all times.
