Are you ready to lead with excellence at one of Kensington's most renowned hotels? My client is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to cover maternity leave from February 2025 for a period of 6-9 months. The ideal candidate will be a hands on manager who can hit the groud running and will bring a passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties:
Overseeing daily operations of the hotel and its services
Managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer service
Developing and implementing hotel policies and procedures
Managing budgets and financial plans
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues
Organising and supervising events and functions
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a Branded Hotel
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong financial acumen
Knowledge of hotel management software
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years as a GM of experience in High Volume Branded hotel management
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills and people skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Hospitality Management
Certification in Hotel Management
Working Conditions:
Office-based with regular visits to different areas of the hotel
May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays
