Job Title: Relationship Manager

Who We Are

We are a leading provider of private healthcare services in London, offering 24/7 home visits, telephone, and video consultations with experienced GPs. Our services also include flu vaccination vouchers, workplace flu jabs, employee health checks, membership plans, and private COVID-19 vaccines.

Our core business is our hotel visiting service, where 5-star hotels pay for a doctor to be available 24/7, 365 days a year, to assist their guests.

  • Your Mission

As the Relationship Manager, you will:

  • Nurture: Retain and grow relationships and revenues with our elite clients, typically concierge managers of 5-star hotels in London.

What This Involves

  • Making hotel visits most of the week
  • Attending networking events
  • Reporting and organizing future meetings

Your Work Environment

  • Dynamic Location: Predominantly field-based, or in our offices in Marylebone. Frequent client visits across London and occasional evening/weekend events or opportunities further afield.
  • Flexibility: Opportunities to work from home on occasion.
  • Reporting: You will report to the Head of Business Development, working collaboratively to achieve ambitious growth goals.
