Danieru's Chelsea branch is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee daily operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a well-established, high-quality restaurant and work closely with our senior team to continue delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of Londons most prestigious neighbourhoods.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards are consistently met
Collaborate with the Head Chef and back-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination
Manage rotas, stock, ordering, and cost controls efficiently
Drive sales through excellent guest experience, team engagement, and local networking
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a high-end or boutique restaurant setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commercial acumen with a focus on delivering results and managing costs
Passion for hospitality, quality, and creating memorable dining experiences
Calm under pressure and highly organised
