Looking for a busy, fun and customer-facing job? You will be perfect for our clients Studio/Bookings Manager role! You will be very organised and confident, with good initiative and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:• Front of house / reception duties.• Studio bookings diary management - handling busy penciling system. • Handling all customer enquiries and potential bookings (phone calls and emails).• Handling catering / restaurant logistics and other requirements such as parking and painting. • Organising staff rotas / shifts.• Showing clients around the studios• Purchasing studio supplies.• Will be using Excel for invoing and timesheet creationKey requirements:• Must have bookings experience• Live local to the Wimbledon area• Computer-proficient• Highly organized• Great customer service skills• Ability to multi-task (essential)
