Our client is a well-established and growing hedge fund based in Central London, managing an increasing level of Assets under Management (AuM). As a mid-sized firm, they provide a collaborative and dynamic working environment where employees can take on a wide range of responsibilities and contribute meaningfully to the business. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a talented and adaptable Middle Office Associate to join their team.  The role will primarily involve finance-related activities for both the firm and its fund, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, the successful candidate will gain exposure to portfolio risk and analysis, as well as compliance work. While the responsibilities are varied, the focus will remain on finance, making this an excellent role for someone with strong financial expertise who is also interested in developing skills in other areas.  We are seeking candidates who are qualified or part-qualified accountants with experience in a similar role within a hedge fund or boutique asset manager. The ideal individual will enjoy handling a diverse workload, have a proactive approach to problem-solving, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, which are essential for working closely with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative team environment.  Candidates who meet these qualifications and are looking for a role that offers variety and the chance to work in a dynamic, growing hedge fund are encouraged to apply. While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, we would be particularly keen to hear from those who are available to start within one month, though this is not a requirement.
