- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ownership and control of financial ledgers for each entity and ensure up to date and accurate records are in place.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Monthly balance sheet control.
- Prepare actual v Forecast rec analysis for journal entry cash postings.
- Ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance with VAT and other regulations.
- Reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
- Assist in review and implementation of internal control improvements.
- Proven experience in an accounting role, ideally within the property sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
