NHB Recruitment are assisting this global strategy consultancy in their search for a Central Accountant to build their capabilities in ensuring high standards of reporting, governance and compliance, working across their Central Services and Governance Entities.

Core Responsibilities include-

  • Production of monthly and annual management accounts for Central Services and Governance Entities (UK, Netherlands and Canada), variance analysis and reviews with key budget holders
  • Technical accounting for these entities, across different geographies, adhering to local GAAP and group accounting (UK GAAP)
  • Statutory reporting to include VAT (or equivalent) submissions, Office for National Statistics surveys and other local requirements
  • Annual audit preparation, ensuring correct treatment in accounts
  • Review and execute group accounting policies and ensure compliance

You will be fully supported within this role by more senior members of the finance team
