Senior Accountant in London creative firm needed. This is a fantastic opportunity within an exciting company and a great team. The successful candidate will have a strong stable background within accounting, and be eagre to enjoy working from the office enironment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure financial records are maintained accurately, including payment tracking, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee daily bookkeeping processes, ensuring timely and precise financial data updates.
- Manage invoicing, sending invoices to clients, and following up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and compile monthly financial reports using Excel for submission to the finance team.
- Collaborate with global accounting teams, providing necessary documents for audits and tax compliance.
- Handle employee expense claims, ensuring policy adherence and timely reimbursements.
- Maintain a structured approach to financial management, meeting tight reporting deadlines.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fully qualified ACCA with at least three years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of UK and EU tax regulations.
- Familiarity with international taxation, invoicing procedures, and cross-border transactions.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
