Description
- Assist with management accounts preparation, reporting, and analysis.
- Work on finance system improvements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Support financial projects, including system migrations, automation, and process enhancements.
- Business partner with key stakeholders, providing financial insights and support.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and contribute to financial planning & decision-making.
- Assist with audits, reconciliations, and ad hoc finance duties as required.
Profile
- Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or QBE with strong accounting experience.
- Confident with finance systems and comfortable working on system and process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment as the role develops.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with non-finance teams.
