Our client is a Top 30 firm known for their proactive and driven approach, close-knit teams and vibrant social events. As the largest single office accountancy firm in the UK, the firm is comprised of various specialised teams, led by home-grown, experienced partners.
One of their largest teams, focussed on auditing, advising and supporting a wide range of charities and NFPs, including international NGOs, academies, religious organisations and Arts & Culture charities.
Accounts Semi-Senior responsibilities include:
- Carry out all accounting work for a wide range of exciting organisations
- Prepare both management accounts and statutory financial reports, including consolidated accounts, from manual and computerised accounting records
- Prepare/review VAT Returns, including an understanding of partial exemption rules
- Provide general accounting services and assistance to clients in the preparation of accounts
As an Accounts Semi-Senior, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA Part-Qualified, or AAT Qualified (Ideally with first time passes)
- Have at least 18 months experience of accounts preparation in an accountancy practice
- Experience with using online accountancy software such as Xero and QuickBooks
