You will also help to produce financial reports for funders, enabling us to meet our financial obligations and maintain transparency.You will ensure monthly management accounts are produced within established deadlines, working closely with project managers to review and discuss budget variances.Additionally, you will:- Ensure staff payroll is correctly allocated to the appropriate projects- Provide accurate monthly analysis of actual versus budget variations- Complete the financial sections for funder reports- Assist with the preparation and compilation of budgets and reforecasts- Ensure compliance with agreed standards and procedures for all finance operationsAbout YouTo be considered as an Assistant Management Accountant, you will need:- Experience producing monthly management accounts for various projects- Knowledge of using cloud-based accounting systems- Advanced Excel skills- To be a nearly qualified accountant or qualified by experienceThis service is run by women for women and is therefore restricted to female applicants under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, and Part 1.
