Fantastic opportunity has arisen as an Assistant Management Accountant required to join a multi-site retail company based in central London on a 6-month fixed term contract basis.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting revenue for site and franchises
- Assist in posting royalty income and posting and reconciling all delivery partner revenue
- Assist in posting retail commissions in accordance with the contract
- Assist in reviewing and accruing all cost of goods sold for restaurants and retail
- Assist in franchisee invoicing (deposit invoices and monthly revenue invoices), posting all recharges and making sure all payments are made in accordance with the contracts.
- Assist in bank postings and reconciliation
- Assist in aged accounts receivable reconciliation
- Assisting in the preparation of site P&Ls at month end including raising of any necessary accruals and prepayments.
- Assist in site by site reviews of P&Ls explaining any large variances to budget.
- Assist in balance sheet reconciliations to be prepared and uploaded to ADRA for review monthly.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Accuracy and organisational skills
- Advanced excel skills.
- Studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience of working within a multi-site organisation would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to manage key relationships both internally and with external partners.
- Positive can-do attitude and takes pride and ownership of their work
